Terms of Service

Effective June 25, 2026

These terms govern access to the VRONE CRM website and private beta service. They should be reviewed with legal counsel and completed with the final operating entity, commercial terms, and jurisdiction before public launch.

Accounts and authority

You must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, and use the service only if you have authority to act for the organization associated with the workspace.

Workspace administration

Workspace owners control membership, roles, modules, and access. Your organization is responsible for user activity, the legality of submitted data, and maintaining appropriate permissions.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operation, or exceed reasonable technical limits.

Private beta

Beta features may change, be unavailable, or contain defects. We may limit access, request feedback, or update workflows during the beta period. Important data should be retained according to your organization’s own backup and continuity requirements.

Fees and subscriptions

Plan limits, fees, billing cycles, taxes, renewals, and cancellation terms will be presented before a paid subscription is activated. Enterprise arrangements may be governed by a separate agreement.

Data and intellectual property

Your organization retains rights to its submitted data. VRONE CRM and its underlying software, branding, documentation, and service design remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended for security risk, non-payment, unlawful activity, material breach, or threats to the service. Data handling after termination will follow the applicable plan or written agreement.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided subject to applicable written commitments. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded and liability is limited as set out in the final commercial agreement.
