Privacy Policy
Effective June 25, 2026
This policy explains how VRONE CRM handles information when you visit the website, create an account, or use a workspace. It should be reviewed with legal counsel before public launch and updated to reflect the final operating company, infrastructure providers, and regulatory obligations.
Information we collect
We may collect account and contact information, workspace content submitted by authorized users, product usage and diagnostic information, support communications, and billing details handled by approved payment providers.
How information is used
Information is used to provide and secure the service, administer workspaces, process requests, communicate service information, improve performance, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Workspace data
Customer workspace data is logically separated by tenant. Access is controlled through authentication, roles, permissions, and tenant-aware application rules. Workspace owners are responsible for the data their team submits and the access they grant.
Sharing and processors
Information may be shared with service providers that support hosting, email delivery, monitoring, backups, billing, and customer support, subject to appropriate contractual and security controls. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual or legal requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain legitimate business records. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and contractual limitations. Workspace data requests should normally be made through the workspace owner.
